Domestic Shipping: We ship across the United States to all 50 states.

International Shipping: Available upon request. Additional documentation, customs clearance, and fees may apply.

Note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their respective countries.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use insured freight carriers and specialized transport services to ensure safe delivery of your equipment:

  • White-Glove Service: Professional delivery, unpacking, and setup available
  • Standard Carriers: UPS, FedEx for smaller accessories and components
  • Specialized Medical Transport: Climate-controlled and secure transport when required
Processing & Preparation:
  • • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation
  • • Each device undergoes final inspection and testing before shipment
  • • Professional packaging and crating for equipment protection
  • • Documentation and certificates prepared for delivery
  • • Tracking information provided once shipment is dispatched

5. Delivery Options

6. Damage Claims

Report all damage to the carrier immediately and notify us within 24 hours.

Upon Delivery:
  • • Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing
  • • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • • Take photos of damaged packaging and equipment
  • • Do not refuse delivery unless damage is severe
