4. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all devices include a 1-year functional warranty covering internal systems and components.
Extended warranty plans (up to 2 years) are available for purchase — ask our team for options.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If you decide the product simply isn’t the right fit for your needs, we’ll still accept the return—no questions asked. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
6. How do I place an order?
