• Any major defects not caused by user damage or misuse

If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will provide repair, replacement parts, or full unit replacement (depending on the case). Warranty service is available via shipping or certified local repair partners.

Each machine undergoes a 7-point quality control process, including:

• Cosmetic & functional inspection
• Calibration and software testing
• Filter/handpiece verification
• Power supply & safety testing
• Deep cleaning and polishing
• Replacement of any worn parts
• Final approval by a senior technician

You receive a device that is ready for clinical use — clean, calibrated, and professionally packaged.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your item is delivered. You may return the unit if:

• It arrives damaged or non-functional
• It does not match the description/specifications
• There are major undisclosed defects
• Or if it simply doesn’t meet your expectations

All devices are shipped fully insured and packed with care to ensure safe delivery. Tracking is provided and delivery confirmation is required for high-value items.
